Strolling Through The Hollywood Farmers' Market
Since the morning slate of NFL games looked like a snoozefest, I figured that rather than hunker over a bowl of tater tots at Big Wangs, I step outside the bar and get some grub at the Farmers' Market. I wonder what it must be like for a Hollywood Blvd tourist to stumble upon this scene. Because for me, from the children playing on drums to the restaurant staff shopping for produce, this is the Hollywood that I like best. I decided on lunch at the Korean stall, getting bujingae (seafood pancake) with short ribs. The two most popular stands are the gourmet tamal stand and the pupusa stand, but as you can see from the pictures (and video), there's no shortage of options.
